To monitor some system services, we start nrpe from root. Without root
privilage also, we can start this service.

tcp is in FMRI since i am using the autogenerated nrpe.xml file. NRPE
required xinet service which is unavailable in solaris AFIK. I got info
from some link
http://tarique21.wordpress.com/2009/08/23/binding-nrpe-with-inetdxinetd-on-solaris-10/

to simulate this feature on solaris.
If I am supposed to change anything here, let me know please. I can do
the changes regarding this.

Thanks
Spoorthy
