Sebastien, The committee should list you first since you wrote the opinion. Secondly, I do not see how section 5.1 and 5.1.1 are related. It seems to me that section 5.1.1 is actually another topic all together and should be a 5.2. Finally, the current section 5.1.1 should probably generate an Advisory Information subsection.
