In the exported interface table, I've noted the following stabilities:
/usr/lib/libvala.so.0 Volatile vala library
/usr/lib/libgee.so.2 Volatile libgee lib
I'll simply note for the record that it appears that the volatile
stability is sensible according to the evolving nature of both the
compiler and the collections library (gee) -- they're both nascent
and incomplete (< full 1.0 release), according to their roadmaps.
