Not speaking on behalf of the desktop team so the team still
needs to respond but ...

Later on in the document they specify the IPS hierarchical
namespace to be:

          IPS schema:            library/desktop/libgdata

This simply needs to be in the Interface table and the others
(SVr4 packages) removed.

The desktop team as a matter of routine supplies the symbolic
link as well as 64-bit libraries.  However, for completeness
sake they need to specify this in the interface table.
