It's part of the X consolidation, so not yet on opensolaris.org.
A very similar, but not identical, version can be found in the
X.Org CVS at:
http://cvs.freedesktop.org/xorg/xc/programs/xdm/sessreg.c
I merged in the Solaris utmpx changes to the X.Org version in
August, but I think there's still a few differences left
(unfortunately, I can't get to the fileserver with the Solaris
code on at the moment to do a diff to see what changes remain).
