Hi! My root drive is a Hitachi 400GB SATA drive and I get cannot mount root path message with the new kernel. Using the environment of bldenv -d ./opensolaris.sh I do Install -G kernel.z -k i86pc, untar the result and reboot. Please see the logs below. BTW, it tries loading 32-bit kernel, how can I tell it to load 64-bit kernel?
What would you suggest? Thanks, Maxim. SunOS Release 5.11 Version testws 32-bit Copyright 1983-2005 Sun Microsystems, Inc. All rights reserved. Use is subject to license terms.
