Frank is on vacation. I am not sure about his time but if you like to get a
note from him, it makes sense to ask again after easter.
Frank popped into Sydney last week on his way to NewZealand, so
he and I met up for a beer or two and a BBQ.
Post-Easter is about right for when he'll be back in an office
and contactable.
