Actually, "findunref -a" will cause it to look at everything. But you'll
then need to weed out the stuff that wasn't planned for putback.
The other issue is that 'f' in NIGHTLY_OPTIONS will be ignored if you don't
have 'p' (build packages) in there, which currently doesn't work in an
open-only workspace, so you would have to run findunref manually in the same
fashion nightly does (but as was said, with -a) and then selectively ignore
pieces of output.
Given the possible fragility there, it would overall probably be easier to
have April run it, certainly where you require absolute accuracy.
