Solaris 10 is not open sourced. Open Solaris is, however, mostly open.
(There are still a few closed bits, which aren't really part of Open
Solaris proper, but are included in popular distributions from Sun.)
Note that Open Solaris is made up multiple consolidations (OS/Net, X,
JDS, to name the three most prominent ones), and you have to download
each one's source separately.
There is a lot more info about this on the Open Solaris web pages, so
please be sure to look around.
