Possibly so, though that wasn't actually Mr. Schilling's proposal.

However, driving in the direction of those strange and incompatible
"-feature" options would probably require a bit more discussion.
Given all the difficult and protracted discussion represented by those
three ARC cases, I'd certainly hope that most people would not want to
do this, but I guess the future is always somewhat unpredictable.
