I actually had all the code written up (although I subsequently
discovered that I lacked the workarounds for certain broken Pyscho
hardware), and was going to use it, when I discovered tran_setup_pkt().
I ripped out my own implementation, and saved a couple hundred lines of
code.
Plus, I get the kmem_cache support. Which should be a nice feature.
I am going to file some man page bugs against the tran_setup()
documentation. Its really a lot cleaner if you only need DMA cookies.
