Hi Pradeep

The mapping of virtual memory to physical memory
is normally kept in a memory management unit (mmu)
which is a piece of hardware.

Why would you want to know such details ?
Do you want to port Solaris to a different _hardware_ platform ?

Otfried

P.S. I am keen on reading the coming answers
