You need to 'pkg install SUNWmfrun' to add it - it's not on the LiveCD, but
is in the repo.

If your program isn't already written to use it, don't. Use GTK+ or Qt
instead. Motif is no longer enhanced, and is missing many features found
in new toolkits, like support for accessibility and integration into modern
desktops.
