If /dev/allmem allows to map everyting  that /dev/xsvc or /dev/fbs/aperture
allow, maybe these drivers could be made obsolete?

The long term plan in Xorg is to make those drivers unnecessary for running
X anyway.   Of course, that requires new drivers first for each video chipset
type, much like the non-x86 Unix world has had for years, so may take some
time to accomplish, but eventually the plan is to have kernel level drivers
setting up the memory mappings, handling the PCI bus manipulation, dealing
with suspend/resume, and otherwise doing all the things that no user space
program really should be doing.   (I think the best description I heard of
the plans during the DDC presentation was "Make X stop acting like it's an
OS.")
