Some of the docs.sun.com information that I think is very useful for a Solaris Developer: General: -> Multithreaded Programming Guide -> Linker and Libraries Guide -> Solaris Dynamic Tracing Guide Kernel: -> Device Driver Tutorial -> Solaris Modular Debugger Guide I don't know how you would structure a course starting with these, but I think they all have very useful information.
