I am afraid that my twenty-plus years of law practice could not help me 
understand what you are talking about.  Perhaps I did not convey my message 
clearly enough.  Anyway, I gave up.

BTW, Jörg Schilling, creator of the very first OpenSolaris distribution, is one 
of the most respected members of the OpenSolaris community (at least as far as 
I am concerned).  I would not label his comments as FUD.  Quite on the 
contrary.  Regards.
