dtksh is part of the CDE sources, for which there are no plans to release
at this time unfortunately.

Sorry, I don't know.   As I said in one of the other messages, I have not seen
the CDE licenses/contracts and I have not asked anyone who has about this.
(Unfortunately, if I had, I probably wouldn't be able to answer, as many
 contracts of this type between big companies contain confidentiality clauses,
 which is why the lawyers generally recommend Sun's engineers try not to
 answer any questions about them without checking with a lawyer first.  I
 don't know if the CDE ones do or not, just wouldn't be surprised if they do.)
