We're trying to make the O/N builds available more quickly than the ISOs. I don't have an ETA for the ISOs for 31, but they are available (roughly) every 2 weeks when there isn't a legal problem. 30 was posted on Friday (before it was removed on Tuesday), so I don't think 31 will be available until January 27. If I get a different date from the team, I'll let you know.
