Heh.  :-)  Legally (at least in the US), a corporation is a person,
as well as people.  A natural person means human beings only; the
corporation bit doesn't apply.  In other words, a corporation cannot
be part of the OGB, but humans can.

I think that bit is trying to read the future.  At the moment, Sun controls
the purse-strings, but in theory, OpenSolaris could be spun out as a separate
legal entity, in which case Sun would presumably no longer control the purse.
