Take a look at the POLARIS build instructions (I couldn't find the page ad-hoc, but http://lists.blastwave.org/pipermail/blastware-discuss/2005-December/000378.html has some details, search for "BUILD64" on that page), AFAIK they just building the 32bit bits right now.
