There seems to be something wrong with the SXCR download link on opensolaris.org's ON build instructions page. For the past few days, the attempt to connect to javashoplm.sun.com has been timing out for me.
Just gave it a shot without problem... Can you ping it, or telnet to it on port 80 and get some HTML responses - both work for me. Suggest that you could do something like a CTRL-Shift-Reload in your browser to refresh the opensolaris page. Might work...
