Hi guys,
I've been reading the short, draft howto on installing opensolaris
under vmware, but I'm not getting any closer to getting it bootable.
Vmware - 5.5
Opensolaris build 40 (I think)
I've installed it with the standard option, and I've selected the "full
install" on a 14GB partition. I've only got 2 partitions, 1 for
"/"(13GB) and another for swap(1GB)
The install goes fine up until It tries to install the boot block. It
complains about not being able to stat /dev/rdsk/c0d0s2
Any clues?
I've tried to manually do an installgrub but it keeps giving me the
exact same message.
