I was gonna write that it (both Internet Explorer and Outlook Express) works, 
but that's to strech things a bit far. I mean, how useful is a web browser that 
doesn't allow you to enter the character "~" in the URL field, or "@ in an 
email client... :-)

(Problem was that the toolkit Microsoft had used to port those applications 
assumed the world only used american keyboards and thus didn't support the 
AltGr key...)
