Yes, it is. cd into and take a look. There is a README.Solaris that will be help.
But you will need to do is copy httpd.conf-example to httpd.conf. Then go to the end of the file and you'll see the thing you are supposed to uncomment. After that everytime Solaris starts up so will Apache and Tomcat. Simple.
