If I'm part of "EVERYONE", then "EVERYONE" isn't complaining.
As long as it's making some sort of progress rather than just
sitting in a desk drawer, that's good enough for me; I'd rather see
it done right.  After all, it's not _that_ hard to compile ksh93 oneself,
or download prebuilt binaries from one of various places.
And until /bin/sh or /bin/ksh points to ksh93, I'd be a bit leery of
casting in concrete the use of any particular pathname following #!
anyway.  So as far as I'm concerned, a blessed _plan_ is worth more
than a particular blessed _binary_.
