Hi, I added a Seagate 40GB Ultra DMA100 HDD to my older x86 ASUS motherboard. How do I make Solaris 10 see the Ultra DMA100 device? I tried to run devfsadm but it would not work.
The ULtra DMA100 HDD is connected to another ULTRA DMA100 IDE connector on the motherboard. The other HDD which is used fine by Solaris 10 is connected to a different IDE connector. Any tip or pointer to the right URL is welcome. Please help.
