So what you're looking for is a SPARCStation IPX form factor system with a 
built in QFE NIC and ALOM, two CompactFlash(TM) "drives" and a dual core 
(socket 939?) Opteron instead of a SPARC CPU. And replace QFE with any four 
port NIC (the only other one I know of with four ports is an intel one).
