/usr/lib/libmlib.so.2 f none 0555 root bin 20901428 12568 1156543034 SUNWmlib

check your /var/sadm/install_data/install_log for any errors on the package.  
Seem
to install on a couple clean 59's I did with no problem. on an x86 and one a 
x64.
