1. Rename OpenSolaris ON Community to "OSNet"

This change is actually an artifact of the community/project shared
namespace on os.o. It's a confusing annoyance, but really this
community should be where the on-gate project lives, and that project
is where the repositories that make up the consolidation should live.

2. Rename OpenSolaris ONNV Project to "ON"

  Same motivation as above.

This seems counter-intuitive: There's an OSNet project called ON under the
umbrella of an OSNet community called OSNet.

Also, shouldn't the community that OSNet is in have a more generic name,
one that is generally meaningful outside the context of OpenSolaris?
Examples of this are "Databases Community", "Device Drivers Community",
"Storage Community"...

Re-thinking this... OSNet maybe needs to be designated special status in
the OpenSolaris Community/Project structure. It's "neither fish nor fowl".
We don't want to encourage forking at the core (kernel) level, therefore we
don't need an umbrella kernel community (which is effectively what an OSNet
community would be), because it doesn't make sense to have an umbrella over
just one thing.
