If you mean FNS/XFN -- the federated naming system stuff -- then, no, it was a standard that never caught on. We obsoleted it, warned customers, waited several releases, and then (once we were convinced that nobody would reasonably still be using it) yanked it out. If Sun Ray used it, well, that's a mystery to me.
