Well, as far as I am aware, Nvidia doesn't allow redistribution of
their drivers, due to GPL issues.
They allow it for Linux & BSD - I've asked Sun's contacts with them
to ask them to add OpenSolaris to the list of OS'es in their free
redistribution clause license, but haven't heard back yet if they
will or not. (See section 2.1.2 of
