An E450 takes a 50-pin SCSI DVD drive. Toshiba models SD-M1401 or SD-M1711, Sun part numbers 390-0025-02 and 390-0025-03, Sun option numbers X5883 and X6168, respectively. Also, if you are considering running Solaris 10, do not run GA, since "GA" stands for "General Availability" and was the 1st Solars release to come out (01/06), which is nowdays *ancient*. Always run the latest Solaris 10 update. Solaris 10 08/07 u4 (update 4) is about to come out, so I advise you to wait until it is available.
