Type 6 is USB. An Ultra 10, was Sun's proprietary serial keyboard. Type 5c and Type 6 look almost identical except for color of the plastic (5c - white/off-white, 6 - grey and sun purple), but 5c was still Sun Serial. Type 6 changed the color, and the interface. Type 6 shipped with SunRay's and SunBlades.
