This could explain "errors" that I was getting in execution traces from a simulator. For everyone's reference, the ranges given in the docs are: 0x2000 - 0xFFC00000 for 32-bit processes and 0x01000000 - 0xFFFFFFFF.80000000 for 64-bit processes Maybe this is an errata in solaris internals v2?
