The problem, for our typical users, are:

        - USB sticks (anything which changes the devtree)
        - twice a year of /etc/rtc_config

and possibly others; either the fact that such changes do not rebuild the
boot archive or the fact that the system can't boot when such changes are
made, needs to be fixed.

I always set the start method to :true for boot-archive.
