Heh, I just suggested this morning that the bugs found in our internal "Tier 0" testing be included in the release announcements - mostly because I'm tired of closing "x86 install gui broken" bugs as duplicates of 6797940, but also because we already know nv112 is going to have a serious problem, with a trivial workaround, for nvidia users - it switches the default window manager to compiz if your computer supports it, but bug 6822628 (fixed in nv_113) causes OpenGL to not be setup correctly for nvidia users, so compiz fails, and the user is left with no window manager. We'll see how that discussion goes. -- -Alan Coopersmith- alan.coopersm...@sun.com Sun Microsystems, Inc. - X Window System Engineering _______________________________________________ opensolaris-discuss mailing list opensolaris-discuss@opensolaris.org
