Select the guest environment on the left panel. In the right panel
under the Details tab, choose System. Under the Motherboard tab
there are checkboxes next to "Boot Order:". Click on "Hard Disk"
and use the up arrow to move it to the top (above floppy and CD/DVD-ROM).
