In my opinion it's better to start with the base install of 2009.06 and then 
add the development repository and update to the latest build. Make it easier 
to roll forward (and backwards) later on.

$ pfexec pkg set-publisher -O http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev opensolaris.org
$ pfexec pkg refresh --full
$ pfexec pkg image-update
$ pfexec init 6

or something like that...
