Hi guys! I want to get an Core i5/i7 system with socket 1156. I am looking for a mainboard, but i could not find any information about supported ones with the P55 chipset. My favorite mainboard would be the Gigabyte P55(A)-UD4. I know that the network chip (Realtek RTL8111D) has issues under OpenSolaris, but i would get a seperate Intel NIC. My question is how the support for the SATA, USB and Sound Chips is? Sound: Realtek ALC889 SATA: Intel P55 (PCH), Marvell 88SE9128, JMB362
