All the software included in the OpenSolaris LiveCD can be redistributed,
but you'd want to check the licenses for whichever set you choose to include
or add to ensure you're complying with the license terms for it. For
instance, most of the desktop software is covered by GPL which allows you
to redistribute, but places requirements on offering source as well.
