Hello,
my machine is running OpenSolaris 134b and I've attempted to update to Solaris
11 Express 2010.11. The machine is running two non-global zones. More on this
in this thread
http://www.opensolaris.org/jive/thread.jspa?threadID=135491&tstart=0 (I've
solved update OS 09.06 issue by creating a new router zone called router2 now).
Update alone went well and I'm able to run Sol11Express in global zone. The
problem with non-global zones is that their init core dumps quickly on signal
12 and is restarted automatically to core dump again. The log looks:

Nov 20 10:11:25 silence genunix: [ID 729207 kern.warning] WARNING: init(1M) for
zone router2 (pid 1326) core dumped on signal
12: restarting automatically
Nov 20 10:11:25 silence genunix: [ID 729207 kern.warning] WARNING: init(1M) for
zone buildbot (pid 1306) core dumped on signal
 12: restarting automatically

and the /var/adm/messages is quite full of those messages.

My question is: seeing issues in
http://www.opensolaris.org/jive/thread.jspa?threadID=135491&tstart=0 and seeing
the issues now, is zone upgrade at all supported or even considered by pkg?
What is the proper way how to update system with zones installed? Please note
I've not detached zones, since neither of both were created by cloning... (I've
created both with zonecfg create etc.)

If this is a bug, is it already reported or shall I do it myself?

Thanks,
Karel
