I think we need our USB experts to look at this but your G9 appears to be advertised as separate keyboard and mouse devices. However, I don't see a discrete keyboard being detected. Do you happen to have something like an Apple keyboard which has an internal USB port? If not, how about switching the USB keyboard and G9 mouse connections to reverse the scan order.
