Hi, I see the documentation forum is all but dead; as we have no current Oracle support contract to refer to I decided to post this here hoping that someone will notice it...
The documentation bundle for Solaris 11 Express, available from http://download.oracle.com/docs/cds/E19963-01.zip , appears to be broken when extracted locally - the html files refer to images and js code which does not exist. The PDFs are fine, though! There is no such issue with the current Solaris 10 bundle from http://download.oracle.com/docs/cds/E19253-01.tar.gz (apart from it being over 2GB!).
