I think you are running b151a and this problem was fixed on b154:

junk in format for cmdk disks

I also see a similar problem reported if this disk had a GPT label.

I don't know how to fix this, other than backing up your data, upgrading to b154 and relabeling these disks. This is the safest approach.

I know this has been reported before but I don't remember an easier
fix.
