I am trying to get pkg image-update to work on a very unreliable WIMAX connect.
I get actual breaks in the connection every few hours. I think it is unlikely
I will manage to download 1975.62 MB in one go.

I found a reference to the '-R' flag on this blog:

http://softwareblogs.intel.com/2008/06/12/opensolaris-200805-packaging-update/

This is my current beadm list:

BE Active Active on Mountpoint Space
Name reboot Used
---- ------ --------- ---------- -----
opensolaris-4 no no /tmp/tmpcvvdrr 24.02M
opensolaris yes yes legacy 5.41G
-bash-3.2#

If I get a break in the connection can I re-continue without having to start
over again with??:

pkg image-update -R /tmp/tmpcvvdrr/opensolaris-4

Or do I have to wait for the IPS team to sort the problem?

I know from another blog post they are working hard to sort this problem.
