[osol-help] Why does StarOffice8 spadmin come up in Swedish?

...even though my locale is "C"?  This has been happening for awhile.
OTOH, openoffice.org2.3 spadmin comes up in English, as expected.
This is the StarOffice 8 that came with SXCE.
