Could be yet another case where the PCI:id's for your Hardware is missing from Solaris Device database /etc/driver_aliases ( which is a text file )
RUn the program /usr/X11/bin/scanpci and verify that the NIC devices PCI-ID's are indeed included in /etc/driver_aliases file. if not add them and then run the sys-unconfig procedure sys-unconfig deletes the nodename and IP configuration and makes it possible for you to enter the values again at the next reboot. # sys-unconfig This message posted from opensolaris.org
