I am not sure how to find the sata controller at all... I do not know what that is, where to look for it and such stuff...
What i do know is that the old motherboard had no sata1 and sata2 slots at all.. The harddisk was connect using the conventional 40pin HDD cable. it was a PATA disk. As i mentioned earlier the Mobo had no sata slots at all.. If you can tell me how to figure out the sata controller, that would be great...
