[osol-help] Requesting assistance compiling with MAKE - getting ELFCLASS64 error

Can You tell from the makefile :

 1)   Which compiler is used ? 

 2)  Does  the  CFLAGS/ CXXFLAGS   turn on  64-bit . 
      if not the maakefile  is  produceing  32 bit binaries  ( 32 bits  is
