When installing osol-0811-100a, the following problem arises:
1. error window:
" An error occured while loading or saving configuration
information
for gui-install. Some of your configuration settings may not work
properly"
2. "Details" says:
"Failed to contact configuration server; some possible causes
are
that you need to enable TCP/IP networking for ORBit, or you have stale
NFS locks due to a system crash."
This problem occurs with all versions of 2008-11, however, I have
installed 2008.5 on this PC (in VirtualBox) without any problems.
any suggestions?
